The property was purchased in May 2022 for $910,000 and then recently sold in October 2023 for $1,210,000.

What improvements were made? Just A fresh coat of paint.

The market did the majority of heavy lifting but this reiterats the fact that the best investment to uplift the property can be just a “A fresh lick of paint”.
