First Home Buyer Loan: Tailored for individuals purchasing their first home. May offer special incentives or lower deposit requirements.

Offset Account Home Loan: Links a savings or transaction account to your mortgage, reducing the interest payable on the loan. The balance in the offset account is subtracted from the loan balance for interest calculations.
